Ámate helped me expand my understanding of love in my life, self-love, and romantic partnership. I was able to question ingrained beliefs that no longer served me, and name and call in new love and wisdom into my life. The work done here together was powerful.
Everyone should take this program regardless where you are now with love. It has truly shifted me to a healthier pathway toward self-love. The nine weeks I spent in the program genuinely shaped my inner work into something that I rarely had done in the past; now I have tools to continue my commitment to live by love wisdom. Anything that Reina is leading is a must to take! :)
My experience with Ámate has shared similar elements to a prior workshop I took with Reina, but it was helpful to revisit some of the similar themes because it showed my evolution in thinking and helped develop them even more (re: awareness, etc). I really appreciated the intentionality behind the materials provided, the private coaching session, the astro chart reading and the love limpia. Everything (prompts, coaching calls, etc.) fit in well and developed week after week, so in the live sessions, there were breakthroughs in blockages in my awareness/understanding. I recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and their beliefs about experiencing love and can provide greater clarity and understanding. This whole experience has been about intentionality, and if you want more of that in your life, this workshop offers that AND so much more.
The Àmate coaching program is an immersive experience that gave me the opportunity to challenge, uncover and examine with curiosity my beliefs and patterns around love. My hope for the program was to call in my self-love. Going through Àmate with Reina did more than that. Àmate invites you to explore all relationships, all of the ways you love and all of the ways you want to be loved. The combination of workbook, prompts, guided experiences, and coaching calls gave me multiple ways to absorb, experience and practice the tools I was learning along the way. Tools that I continue to use. Shifting perspective and challenging beliefs without judgement is not easy. I appreciated the way that Reina invited me to be curious about things and how supported I felt.
