Designed as a sacred ecosystem, S.E.R. integrates earth-based wisdom traditions, energy medicine, and emotional intelligence.
This is not training in a single modality. It is a pathway of discernment, supporting you to meet each client where they are, including within their nervous system, energetic field, and lived experience.

Enrolling in the S.E.R. Practitioner Training can be a deeply transformative experience for holistic energy practitioners seeking to work in relationship with the body, spirit, and ancestral wisdom.
In many Indigenous traditions, hand doctoring—a term shared by Maestra Grace Sesma—is a sacred healing art involving direct, intentional contact with the body, guided by spirit, ceremony, and lineage-based knowledge. These practices may include therapeutic touch, massage, cupping, bone alignment, or energy-based techniques, all rooted in relationship with the unseen realms.
While expressions of hand doctoring vary across cultures, at its core this practice honors:
the body as a vessel of spirit
the hands as channels of sacred transmission
healing as a relational, ethical, and ceremonial act
Within S.E.R., practitioners are guided to approach touch and energy work with reverence, discernment, and emotional intelligence—integrating traditional wisdom with modern awareness of consent, nervous system health, and professional integrity.

Practitioner Training
The S.E.R. Immersive is a four-day, in-depth experiential offering rooted in earth-based wisdom and ceremonial practices. This Immersive introduces the foundational cosmology and elemental framework of Shamanic Elements in Reiki through ritual, guided experiences, and collective learning.
The focus of this Immersive is relationship — with the elements, the directions, the land, and one’s own inner landscape. While energy awareness and ceremonial attunement are central, this Immersive does not include therapeutic touch protocols or practitioner-level clinical applications.

The S.E.R. Practitioner Training is a six-month, lineage-oriented journey for practitioners who feel called to engage Shamanic Elements in Reiki as a long-term practice rather than a short-term immersion.
This training offers sustained mentorship, layered learning, and integration support, inviting participants into a deeper relationship with ceremonial healing, practitioner discernment, and embodied practice over time.
This is not a fast-paced program. It is intentionally structured to allow teachings to unfold through lived experience, reflection, and application.
This path honors that mastery is not rushed. It is lived, practiced, and integrated in relationship to all the elements.
A 12-week practitioner training in the art of tending
Rooted in the Nahuatl understanding of apapachoa—to embrace at the soul level—this path guides you into a way of working that is relational, ethical, and deeply attuned to the emotional and energetic realities people carry.
This is not a technique-based training.
It is a process of becoming:
someone who can sit with tenderness without rushing it
someone who can hold emotion without needing to fix it
someone who can discern what is yours, what is another’s, and what is ready to shift
Through teachings that weave together Ámate, Apapacharte, Claiming Joy, and your practitioner frameworks, you will learn how to support others through heart-centered energy work grounded in relational awareness and sacred responsibility.

10 Rites
Path of Munay-Ki is a practicum in sacred relationship with the rites, the Earth, and your own becoming. Each rite carries a frequency of remembrance that strengthens your connection to the Earth, the unseen realms, and your own inner knowing.
This practicum stands as its own container and welcomes practitioners from diverse backgrounds who feel called to work with the Munay-Ki Rites. This work and does not require prior participation in S.E.R. trainings.
Throughout our time together, you will work with the rites through intentional transmission and grounded integration. You will build a relationship with each rite and learn how to carry its energy with integrity in your life and practice.
Each 90-minute session includes:
Transmission and deepening of the Munay-Ki Rites
Integration practices such as energetic hygiene, altar work, and guided journeying
Teachings that strengthen discernment and your Sacred Relationship to Power
Space for reflection, witnessing, and practitioner development
We honor rhythm and integration. You will give the rites time to take root, breathe, and reshape how you listen, relate, and serve.
You tend to the rites as living wisdom and allow them to shape how you listen, relate, and serve.
The energy exchange for S.E.R. reflects the depth of the training, mentorship, and ceremonial support offered throughout the program. Pricing is shared transparently so you may discern alignment with clarity and care.

6-month program starts February 27, 2027
This foundational course introduces practitioners to Shamanic Elements in Reiki to enhance their healing practice. Learn to palpate the energy field, clear chakras without Reiki symbols, work with plant medicine, crystals, and animal allies, build altars as portals, and engage the energy of the directions. Training includes guided experiences, 2 rites/attunements and practicum.
Ideal for Reiki practitioners attuned to any level or who wish to integrate Shamanic techniques for holistic healing.
Expand your skills by co-creating with the master guardians of each direction and the three realms to align chakras. Practitioners learn how to facilitate guided experiences to help clients release limiting stories and embrace soul growth. Key teachings cover animal archetypes like Eagle/Condor, Snake, Jaguar, Hummingbird, and the Guardians of the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds, adding new depth to chakra work. Receive one rite at this level.
In Level 3, practitioners learn to balance the autonomic nervous system through the three sacred energy centers: Tonalli (crown), Teyolia (heart), and Ihiyotl (liver). Identify the 13 Aires (energetic imbalances) and its effects on the nervous system are shared, as well as the anatomy of the Endocrine. Lastly, therapeutic touch protocols to balance the nervous system will be shared.
This is a hybrid training. You can either join in-person or remotely. Practitioners will receive one rite at this level.
In Level 4, practitioners deepen their ability to balance the autonomic nervous system by integrating six- and 12-pointed star formations to support the soul's journey. The course also includes therapeutic touch protocol Spinal Balancing that aligns the spine and fortifies the cranial rhythm. This level also introduces co-creation with crystal energy grids. Practitioners will need to have six clear or selenite crystal points (1-2 inches each). Receive a rite at this level.
In Level 5, practitioners expand their understanding of the elemental energies that were introduced in S.E.R. Level 1. Complementing the content is understandings of sacred geometry and soul integration through a new protocol that helps map a client's soul journey. Aspects of it can be supportive if you offer inner child healing/integration work in your practice. Another aspect on limpias are introduced at this level.
Practitioners receive 2 rites at this level.
Level 6 deepens your work with the elements as living forces within the body and energy field.
You learn touch-based protocols that support harmonic alignment with Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Ether. By tracking and working directly with how these forces express through the nervous system and energetic field a client can come into greater integrity.
This level includes the Raindrop Technique, integrating essential oils to support regulation, release, and structural balance. Practitioners will have access to oils during training and are encouraged to build their own set.
This training is best experienced in person and is also accessible remotely.
Practitioners receive two rites at this level.
A 1-2 day training
Level 7 brings the work into refined emotional and spiritual integration.
The Flowering Heart™ is a hands-on protocol that supports the release of stored emotional trauma through precise, therapeutic touch with essential oils.
The Sacred 13 introduces a grid informed by Toltec and Mexica cosmology, working with archetypal forces to support reorganization within the field and deeper alignment with Spirit.
This level is best experienced in person and is also accessible remotely.
Practitioners receive a set of the oils and the final rite.

Exclusive to practitioners enrolled in the six month program
The self-paced courses cover techniques for co-creating with plant, crystal, and animal allies, as well as astrology and sacred geometry. These teachings are rooted in the Grandmothers' Teachings, based on ancestral practices from Maya, Mexica, and Q'ero cosmologies. Suggested readings will be included.
Additionally, practitioners who seek the Professional Certificate of Completion will submit 20 case studies: half during the program and the rest within six months after completion.
Each lesson is short, designed for easy practice and implementation, and builds on weekend teachings. Stay open to new insights as lessons may evolve based on practitioner needs.

Yes — this training does not teach or replicate any one Indigenous tradition. Instead, S.E.R. honors Earth-based and energetic healing principles that are found across cultures. It invites you to deepen your connection to Spirit, Nature, and ancestral wisdom in a respectful, non-appropriative way.
As the facilitator, I do not claim an Indigenous tribal affilation. My approach is rooted in mestizx experience, spiritual integrity, and reverence for the lineages that inform this work. If you come with humility, openness, and respect, you are welcome here.
S.E.R. Intensive is a six-month training that includes seven sequential skills-based training which guide practitioners to integrate Shamanic elements into their energy wellness practice. Each level builds upon the last. For example, practitioners learn foundational techniques like clearing chakras with plant and animal allies (Level 1), to guiding clients through soul retrieval and working with the three realms (Level 2), to applying therapeutic touch and balancing the nervous system through sacred energy centers (Level 3). All seven trainings and practicums are ideal for those who want to work hands-on or add depth to their existing Reiki/Holistic Energy sessions.
The S.E.R. Immersive is a concentrated path designed for intuitive practitioners, coaches, and spiritual guides who want to incorporate shamanic principles and ritual into their offerings — without using therapeutic touch protocols. This immersive experience includes all ten energetic rites, a comprehensive 110-page guidebook, guided experiences, and hands-on practicums, and is completed within the span of 25-30 hours.
Both tracks are open to those who feel called to ancestral practices, even if they don’t have a Reiki background.
If you’re seeking to offer energy work through ritual, guided journeys, ancestral reconnection, and elemental healing — without formal touch protocols — the Immersive is your path. If you’re looking to deepen or enhance your Reiki or hands-on healing practice with shamanic techniques, then the Intensive path is for you.
No. You can experience the entire training remotely. There are trainings in the intermediate and advanced levels - where experiencing it in person is beneficial because it involves protocols in therapeutic touch. However, if you will not be offering therapeutic touch or are not interested in working with essential oils, then you can employ other aspects of the protocol shared in these levels. Levels 3-7 are presented in a hybrid format (in-person and simultaneously remote). Video demonstrations of the therapeutic touch will be available to all registered practitioners.
Yes. Each course is $375 with the exception of level 6 which is $444. However, you must enroll in the S.E.R. six month practitioner training to access the supplemental content.
Though, understandably, life happens and situations arise that are out of our control, practitioners will have access to the replays. However, practitioners will need to set up a private hour session, at an additional cost of $222 per hour, with the facilitator to demonstrate an understanding and familiarity with the protocol and concepts presented and set up their own private practicum. I advise you to consider your commitments and see if they align to enroll in S.E.R. at this time.
A self-paced online program is available if you cannot attend the weekend training and practicum.
S.E.R.'s six month intensive practitioner training requires those who seek the professional certificate to complete 20 case studies. A weekend training is often insufficient time to practice and integrate what you have just learned. Although most programs require 100+ case studies, this one only requires twenty.
Half of the case studies are completed during the six-month program, and the remaining half within three months after completing the program.
Five case studies can include your attunements, while the remaining ones are with your clients or the folks who wish to share these protocols. At least two case studies are focused on each protocols learned within each training. The remaining ones can be ones done during the practicum or your own self-attunement.
Yes. It's an opportunity to ask questions and also to learn from your peers. The office hours are part of the 200-hour training.
With the launch of S.E.R.'s six-month intensive practitioner training, private practitioner trainings are limited only to Level 1.
